年代pread Spectrum Clock ?

Hello,

I would like to use a SLG47004, SLG46826 or similar to generate a spread spectrum PWM at about 120kHz for controlling a DCDC converter.

Could use an analog PWM ramp with variable threshold to make small variations in the frequency, but would prefer if there was a way to do it digitally. Perhaps a variable delay...

Any suggestions on how to go about this would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks, Ken

Hi Ken,

Thanks for your very interesting question. The frequency you have mentioned is a quite high for our GPAKs. We have something similar in our Cookbook using SLG46140V. As I mentioned, the high frequency could be an issue. We tested it on 40kHz and design worked on the boundary. Please find attached the design file

This design could be slightly modified, but no chance to support 120kHz for now. We have more powerful devices coming up in the mid of this year that might support the specific frequency you're looking for

Kind Regards

Hi Shivani,

Thanks for the reply, and understood on the frequency limitation.

Interesting that you have new parts planned. I hope they are ISP ;)

I will check the example you have supplied.

Best regards, Ken
