Loading have over RDSON

我使用loader to test and driver 100mA, the VOUT will drop to 1.58V.
This test only use socket and programing IC. And only using PMOS components.

Hi,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Looks like you are using a socket to test the 117, but since socket can't pass more than 0.1A, it will be damaged. If you would like to test the PFET, it is better to solder it on PCB and then test. Also could you let me know the load you use and how you connect the wires?
