Functional socket test failed SLG46140V

Hello,

I am want to experiment with APP note Quadrature Encoder Counter with SPI Bus Interface AN-CM-277

but when I load the SLG46140V into the socket I get Functional socket test failed. Socket issues detected. Can you advise how to resolve this?

Yes, its placed correctly, I have also tried it with multiple devices but still getting the same problem, it is also saying the device is out of date ? Do these devices have a shelf life?

Hi,

Could you let me know if it shows the chip is out of date or the board? A snapshot of the message from the GPAK designer would also be helpful
