DA14531MOD burning OTP

Hi there,

Unfortunately I couldnt find it in any datasheet or forum entry... Does anyone know on which pin in need to have the 6.8V on the DA14531MOD when programming the OTP?

Many thanks!

Hi jsageder,

Hi jsageder,

The 6.8V for the OTP programming was only for DA14580/583 product family. In case of DA14531, that voltage is not needed any more. Please see section 3.2 Recommended Operating Conditions from the DA14531 datasheet.

Thanks, PM_Dialog

Hi!

Hi!

好吧,这是很酷的:-)所以VBat 3 v单独fine to perform OTP programming? If so, that would be super!

Thanks,
Jos

Hi jsageder,

Hi jsageder,

Yes - please check Figure 2: Pinout Diagram Top View. You should power the module according to Table 3: Recommended Operating Conditions - seeDA14531 Module Datasheet.

Thanks, PM_Dialog

Thanks for accepting my answer. Keep in mind that OTP stands for One Time Programmable, thus you can’t erase and re-write the OTP multiple times.

Thanks for your help! Just

Thanks for your help! Just out of couriosity and if you can share this info, is the voltage generated internally or does the DA14531 use a different type of OTP that does not require the higher voltage anymore?
