System reset for an unknown reason (DA1469x)

Hi Support team,

We built a custom board with DA14697, now system will reset sometimes, after bootup about 10 seconds. more or less. However when we debug with JLINK, it didn't reset. Thus we are not sure what caused it to reset platform. Could you help to give us some suggestion about how to find its root cause? Thanks a lot.

BTW, I have checked watchdog, since our code is based on emWin, and default is development mode, so watchdog should not reset platform according to SDK source, and config_ASSERT will not reset as well, could you let me know what might cause reset in some condition?

Hi Jerry,

Can you please attach the debugger when the DA14697 resets? Are you using any of the available sleep modes? Can you replicate this with any of the SDK examples?

Thanks, PM_Dialog

嗨对话框支持团队,

While I attached JLINK debugger, reset didn't happened, I am using extended sleep modes, which is emWin default settings.
I only can run emWin sample for now, and I can duplicate the same issue, don't know the reason of why it will reset. Any suggestions?

Hi Jerry,

Can you please disable the sleep mode and test it? Please also provide a power trace when this issue occurs.

Thanks, PM_Dialog

It seems reset not happened after I set it topm_mode_active, any suggestion about it, and how to fix it?
BTW, what do you mean power trace?

PS: After set mode to active, reset didn't haapened again. And then I tried to set it back topm_mode_deepsleep, reset did not happen either.
Any possible reason cause this kind of problems????? I am a little confused about it. Now I don't know if it is related wit sleep modes.
