High current value even in sleep mode

Hi Dialog,

I am using DA14531 and one weird ting I found out was that even I make the device to extended or deep sleep mode, the current was about ~3 mA, still much higher than the reference value. Similar value was recorded when I used a multimeter to measure the current value.

Is there any suggestions that I can do to reduce the current?

I attached a screen shot of SmartSnippets window during current measurement.

Thank you!

Hi Jin-Hoon Kim,

Thanks for your question online. Is it a custom board, or you are using any of our DKs?

If you are using the Pro-DK, did you calibrate it? Check section 12.10. Calibration Procedure :https://s3.eu-west-2.amazonaws.com/lpccs-docs.dialog-semiconductor.com/UM-B-083/power_profiler/powerProfiler.html

Please share the jumper configuration of the Pro-DK.

Does the DA14531 boot from System-RAM or SPI Flash? If it boots from System-RAM, make sure that the debugger is de-attached?

Which SDK example are you using?

Could you follow the Sleep mode tutorial and check if you can replicate it?
