The SLG88104 is a wide voltage range, 375 nA Quad Channel CMOS Input Operational Amplifier capable of rail-to-rail input and output operation. Each Amplifier can be individually powered down.

SLG46620-A FIT Rate / Failure Mode Distribution

Hello – I'm evaluating use of the SLG46620-A in a functional safety application (as per the suggestion in AN-PM-119). I'm looking for FIT information as well as any additional data you can provide about failure mode distributions. I'd love to talk to an FAE about this, as well. Thank you for your assistance!
