London UK, 11 March 2015 –Dialog Semiconductor plc(FWB:DLG), a provider of highly integrated power management, AC/DC power conversion, solid state lighting (SSL) andBluetooth Smartwireless technology, announces a global distribution agreement with Digi-Key Corporation, the industry leader in electronic component selection, availability and delivery. Digi-Key has Dialog’s SmartBond Basic and Pro development kits in stock for immediate delivery. The kits offer engineers the fastest and easiest route to developing intelligent connected devices, particularly where small size and low power consumption are critical, such as in battery-powered wearables and other IoT applications.

Both kits are supported by Dialog’s SmartSnippets™ software development environment, which includes Bluetooth Smart SIG-qualified profiles ranging from proximity to health and fitness, medical, smart home, and security. Software Upgrade Over The Air (SUOTA) is supported.
