DA9061 Output voltage programming

Hello,

I'm considering using the DA9061.

1) If there is no OTP on this device before using, what are the default output voltages of the Buck and LDO Rails?

2) Is it possible to connect resistor dividers to the voltage feedback nodes for the buck converters in order to set the default outputs to start, or can it only be done through i2c?

3) Which pins need to be powered by default in order to program the device?

Thanks,

Chris

4) If I wanted to OTP the device, what time impact would that have on lead-time?
