I am trying to do simulations using the packet SLG46620V-SKT and the mode advance development plataform (attach pdf). Is it possible to obtain plots using that platform .

Thank you for your question,

Please let me know if I understand you correctly. If you want to obtain the plots using only the Advanced Development platform then the answer is "no". You still need to have something like scope, logic analyzer, etc. Advanced Development platform can't build the plots, but you can set up the generators and apply them to the IC using the board.
