目前设计的板子用LDO芯片输出2.5V供电，但是DA14580在2.5V电压下偶尔可以工作，偶尔不能工作。但是换成3.3V就可以正常工作了。DA的工程师可以解答吗？

不知道你是否挂载有其他设备或者外部flash，因为OTP工作在2.5V左右，在cold boost时如果供电接近2.5V产生波动，一旦低于2.5V会造成OTP无法正常启动读出必要的启动参数造成无法正常工作。Datasheet第4.9节Power Management末尾也有说到：
“Note: The system should never be cold booted when the supply voltage is less than 2.5 V. A manual power up with a power supply less than 2.5 V in buck mode might create instability.”
