hello，I use “DA14580_581_SDK_3.0.8.0\dk_apps\keil_projects\proximity\prox_reporter” to test SUOTA.
USing suota 1.1( Android) can scan the device,and firmware upgrade success, but the failure rate is relatively high。

so I use suota 1.3( Android) to scan the device，but can not scan the device。

Why can't scan the device？

where do I need to fix?
